Organs are taken when alive, not after death. You are put in a coma, given an injection so the body does not move. No anesthesia. The heart is taken last.

When God is taking away an organ as your days are numbered and your expiry date is drawing near, man tries to defy God's plan by getting an organ transplant. If you are a staunch believer, then you would not find an excuse to interpret according to your convenience and in obeisance to the powers that be.

Then it would mean if you're crossing the street and are hit by a car you should lay there because it could be Allahs will for you to die from this accident. I see what youre trying to say but on a larger scale it doesnt make sense.

How do you know what is God's plan? If the organ transplant allows him to be in life then that is by God's will otherwise it would not have been possible and effort to save own life is obligatory. For without God's allowing nothing can happen and death is completely in hand of God, and we do not know what is God's plan before it happens or He directly informed.
